Fort Worth’s Texas Motor Speedway will be hosting a lot of loud and fast metal next year, and we’re not talking about NASCAR.
Sick New World, a music based in Las Vegas, is expanding to Texas next year. The daylong festival will be Oct. 24, 2026, at the racetrack. Lineups for that concert and the Las Vegas festival on April 25.

Headliners will be System of a Down, Deftones and Slayer, celebrating 40 years of its album “Reign in Blood.”
Also on the lineup, a very San Antonio friendly mix of heavy metal, nu metal, industrial and more loud genres, are Evanescence, Ministry, AFI, Mastadon, KMFDM, Orgy and Lords of Acid.
