Golden Triangle Boulevard

Project: The construction includes an updated four-lane road from I-35 to Misty Redwood Trail with traffic signal improvements at Harmon Road and Golden Heights, 10-foot shared-use paths in each direction, drainage improvements and water line improvements.

Update: The contractor finished construction of the eastbound lanes and is now working on westbound lanes. One lane in each direction will be open for traffic throughout construction.

Project: The project involves installing a three-lane undivided concrete pavement section from Park Vista Boulevard to Lauren Way and adding street lights, sidewalks and stormwater drainage improvements.

Update: Phase 1 of the project is now complete and Phase 2 has started. The contractor has finished waterline work and is restoring pavement and sidewalk. Three lanes and sidewalks from Lauren Way to Katy Road will open as the concrete cures. A new storm drain will be installed near the Woodland Springs intersection and the Lauren Way intersection in February. Grading and paving activities will start after the storm drain is complete, with paving activities continuing through early fall 2026.

Project: The work includes the installation of a new traffic signal with new pedestrian sidewalk and crosswalks, Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant ramps and Accessible Pedestrian Signals, or APS.

Update: Installation for the traffic and pedestrian signal infrastructure is 80% complete as of January. Activation will come once a new mast arm is received and installed.

Project: Concrete streets with curbs, gutter drainage and sidewalks will be installed from Lois Street to Marshall Creek Road.

Update: Officials approved $2.25 million for reconstruction between Marshall Creek Road to SH114 at a Roanoke City Council meeting Jan. 13.

Project: Street maintenance will be conducted for eight asphalt streets in Keller in partnership with Tarrant County until late summer. Road closures and detours will be updated as each road is worked on.

Update: Construction at North Pearson Lane from Summer Lane to the northern city limits started Feb. 3.

Project: Work includes widening and reconstructing the road, improving utilities and drainage, adding parking, sidewalks, seating, landscaping, lighting and wayfinding signage.

Update: Demolition of the South Elm Street bridge, which was postponed due at the end of January due to weather, will start in February. Southbound traffic will detour to US 377 through Pecan Street for four months.
