Simply South recently opened in McKinney, a company representative said.
The menu features Indian vegetarian dishes including a variety of idly dishes. Idly is a south Indian rice and lentil cake. Other options include paneer tikka kebabs and butter naan.
Simply South has locations in Irving and Frisco. Future locations are slated for Texas cities including Austin, Houston and Katy, as well as locations in Illinois, Florida, Georgia and Virginia.
