The restaurant’s philosophy is to connect with farmers to create a farm-to-bowl model and use seasonal ingredients, so the menu features new items each season.

Mensho’s San Francisco location is included in the Michelin Guide’s list of recommended restaurants.

“Only true aficionados can say if the ramen is worth it, but the tori paitan is one undeniably spectacular bowl,” reads the Michelin Guide review.

H Mart Plaza in Haltom City is expected to be home to several new restaurants, including 85°C Bakery Café, Kickin’ Crab, Bambu Dessert & Drinks, It’s K BBQ Shabu Shabu, Tasty Pot, Hanabi Ramen & Izakaya, and Korean Seafood, among others.
