SAN ANTONIO – The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has announced that two lower-level exits on I-35 in downtown San Antonio will be shut down for repairs from Feb. 6 to Feb. 20.

According to a Facebook post from TxDOT, there will be a “full closure of the lower level of NB I-35 from I-10 to I-37 for bridge joint repairs.” The upper-level lanes will continue to be open.

This closure is part of series of repairs being made to I-35 and I-10 in San Antonio. TxDOT has stated that the repairs will cost $25.9 million, according to their website.

The I-35 and I-10 repair project started in May 2023 and is expected to be completed sometime in 2026.
