Driving north in Dallas-Fort Worth this weekend? Make sure to prepare for highway closures in Farmers Branch, Carrollton and beyond.
There are a variety of closures along I-35 coming up as part of the Phase 2 project reconstructing and widening a section of the highway between I-635 and the Denton County line.

Southbound I-35 between the President George Bush Turnpike and I-635 will be reduced to one lane from:
8 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly until Saturday, Feb. 78 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7 to 10 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 88 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 8 to 6 a.m. Monday, Feb. 9
Northbound I-35 between I-635 and the President George Bush Turnpike will be reduced to one lane from:

The westbound I-635 TEXpress to northbound I-35 will be closed from:
8 p.m. to 8 a.m. nightly from Friday, Feb. 6 to Sunday, Feb. 8
