Suspected human remains found in El Paso County, sheriff’s office says

(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) is responding on Thursday, Feb. 5, after the discovery of suspected human remains in the Security-Widefield area.

According to EPSO, law enforcement was on scene shortly before 3:30 p.m. on Thursday in the Pinello Ranch area off Highway 85 south of Bradley Road after human remains were discovered.

EPSO said a search of the area is underway.
