Whitley Penn announced the addition of three seasoned professionals to its leadership roster, strengthening the Fort Worth-based firm’s capabilities across tax, wealth management and business development.

Bryce Johnson has joined as a tax partner in Plano, where he’ll focus on comprehensive tax planning and consulting for operating businesses and their owners across industries such as private equity, real estate, oil and gas, manufacturing, and hospitality. A certified public accountant in Texas, Johnson brings deep experience structuring federal and state tax strategies for both corporate and flow-through entities.

In Austin, Bryan McClune comes on board as a WPWealth partner. With more than two decades in investment management and advisory consulting, McClune has led teams managing billions in assets and is known for helping advisors and clients build disciplined, goal-aligned investment strategies. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® who previously served as a Marine Corps officer.

Bill Glatch joins Whitley Penn in Dallas as head of business development. With over 30 years of experience spanning accounting, finance, internal audit, technology, and consulting, Glatch most recently held a senior business development role at Tatum, where he delivered strategic initiatives for Fortune 100 companies and private-equity-backed firms.
