EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — The Star on the Mountain will illuminate in yellow and white on Friday.

The yellow star will shine to celebrate Post Malone’s Stadium Tour, which is set to take place at the UTEP Sun Bowl Stadium this May.

In collaboration with Live Nation Concerts, the Franklin Mountains will light up to mark this exciting event for the city and music fans throughout the region.

The two chart-topping artists will bring The BIG ASS Stadium Tour Part 2 to Sun Bowl Stadium on May 13, 2026, with Carter Faith joining the lineup.

The announcement was made Monday morning by the UTEP Office of Special Events.

The tour follows the massive success of the duo’s first stadium run, blending Post Malone’s genre-bending hits with Jelly Roll’s raw, Southern-infused sound.

Those hoping to snag tickets early can sign up for the Artist Presale now. Registration closes Wednesday, February 4 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

General admission tickets will go on sale on Feb. 10 at 10 a.m. on Ticketmaster.
