Fort Worth police are asking for assistance in identifying six men who brutally attacked a lone victim in the historic Stockyards district days before Christmas.
Authorities released surveillance photos on Thursday, hoping someone would recognize the suspects who disappeared into a nearby hotel after the 2 a.m. attack. Investigators have not revealed whether the men were registered guests or fled inside.
The December 23 assault occurred in the 140 block of East Exchange Avenue, the heart of Fort Worth’s tourist district.
Six men allegedly jumped the victim around 2 a.m., inflicting what police described as serious bodily harm.
Police have not disclosed the victim’s current condition or the circumstances that sparked the confrontation.
