EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso Police are seeking a missing 80-year-old Silver City, New Mexico, man who never reached his destination while in El Paso, they said.

Police issued a Silver Alert for Rafael Acosta, 80, of Silver City on Sunday morning, Feb. 8.
The man was last heard from at about 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 6. The missing man reached out to the person who reported him as missing, saying he was in El Paso, but Acosta never reached his destination.
The missing man is driving a gray 2014 Chrysler 300 with New Mexico plates AGGL99. The last known location of the vehicle was in Central El Paso, police said.

He was last seen wearing a blue or white baseball hat, silver jacket and blue or black joggers.
