Work will soon begin on a new $140 million office building at Frisco’s Hall Park.
Dallas-based developer Hall Group is expected to start on the building at 2801 Network Boulevard Friday, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Ten floors of office space totaling more than 206,000 square feet will sit on top of an eight floor parking garage with 1,345 parking spaces. Estimated construction costs are just shy of $140 million, according to the filing.
The building is expected to be finished in February 2028. The filing refers to the property at Hall Park C5. Details in TDLR filings are preliminary and subject to change without notice.
Business Briefing
Hall Group representatives declined to provide additional details regarding the building. The firm said it is in the planning stage of the project.
Last March, Frisco City Council approved an amendment to its master development agreement with Hall Group and its partners for an expansion of Kaleidoscope Park. The new agreement mentioned plans for a more than 1,000-space parking garage that could serve as the podium for a new Class A office building. This would end plans to build a performing arts center at the site.
The building is the latest addition to the growing Hall Park’s estimated $7 billion redevelopment.
Developer Craig Hall purchased the Frisco land in 1989. Today, the office park spans 162 acres with 15 buildings.
Apartments and hotels dot the land too. The 224-room Hall Park Hotel was named one of the best new hotels in the country in USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice rankings.
The Hall Park site is just south of The Star, the world headquarters of the Dallas Cowboys.
