Novaria Group, a Fort Worth–based provider of niche engineered components and specialty processes serving the aerospace and defense industries, announced Monday that it has acquired Plasma Ruggedized Solutions, a provider of high-reliability conformal coatings for sensitive electronics used in defense, medical, and advanced industrial applications.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Plasma Ruggedized Solutions, known as PRS, specializes in parylene coating, potting, and encapsulation technologies designed to protect electronics operating in harsh and demanding environments where performance and reliability are critical.
Novaria said the acquisition expands its capabilities in advanced surface protection technologies for mission-critical electronics.

Alderman & Company served as the financial adviser to PRS on the transaction.
