More luxury garage suites have been added to the Garages of America location in Allen, according to a company news release.
Nine garages were added as part of a second construction phase for the location. They’re located next to the original 77-unit location which opened in 2019. The original 77 units sold out quickly after the location’s opening, according to the news release.
“The continued demand for our luxury garage suites speaks to the strength of the concept, especially in Collin County,” Garages of America co-founder Jack Griffin said in a statement. “Our original communities sold out quickly, and we’re seeing that same momentum in Allen with this expansion—six of the nine new garages are already sold.”
Garages of America locations have opened in multiple North Texas communities including Frisco, Plano and Roanoke.
