A shopping center on Harmon Road in Fort Worth will bring a takeout pizza location, a dentist and a liquor store to the area.
The development at 9201 Harmon Road is being offered by Matthews, a national commercial real estate company with locations in Dallas and Austin. According to a spokesman, the development will be completed by April.
The development features three middle stores and two end-cap positions, including one with a drive-through infrastructure, between 1,500 square feet and 5,400 square feet, according to the online listing. The end-cap positions are for lease.
The three middle stores already have future tenants listed: a general dentist office, Little Caesars Pizza and Skip’s Beer, Wine & Liquor.
According to its website, Skip’s has locations in New Braunfels, Cibolo and San Antonio.
A filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation has been submitted for Little Caesars and shows the end date for construction listed as May 9.
Access to the shopping center is on Harmon Road and Covey Road. This development is northwest of the Presidio Towne Crossing development.
