“Well, here at Tidy Techs, what we really do is get behind the needs of your home,” Muro said. “We ask, what is it that you’re needing out of your space? Then we develop a plan to get you to that goal. During that time, we help you declutter, deep clean, and organize according to that plan. There’s always going to be a plan.”

According to Muro, some of the most common stress points in a home are closets and entryways — the very spaces people interact with every day.
“The most common areas are closets and entryways,” Muro said. “They’re big stressors for a lot of clients. People are shutting closet doors quickly or don’t know where to put things when they walk in. Mail and other items pile up, and they start asking, ‘What do I do with all of this?’ Those are sticking points for many of our clients.”
Beyond organization, Muro emphasized the emotional toll clutter can take.
“Your home is supposed to be your sanctuary,” Muro said. “When it’s not, it becomes a stressor. It can affect your mental health. You want your home to be peaceful and serene. You want to be able to find things and feel at ease when you walk through the door.”
He added that many clients initially feel embarrassed or overwhelmed before reaching out for help. “By the time some people call me, there’s already a lot of stress built up. They want to entertain, have family over, and truly enjoy their homes — they just need a system that helps them get there.”
The process begins with a judgment-free consultation, allowing clients to openly share their goals and challenges before a customized plan is put into place.
