PLANO – The Beck Group has broken ground on The Miyako Hotel, a 217-room hotel within the Park at Legacy campus.
The development will be operated by Miyako Hotels and Resorts.
The 12-story hotel will have a restaurant, lobby and rooftop bars, bakery, outdoor pool and fitness center, and banquet and conference space.
Construction is estimated to cost $117 million.
