Carolyn Price, a Dallas Cowboys super fan who attended games and training camp practices for years, died on Monday night, her daughter said.
She was 83.
Charmayne Price Glaze said her mother was diagnosed with cancer in October.
Known as Ms. Price, she would sit in field-level suites at AT&T Stadium and high-five Cowboys’ players as they entered and left the field. She also developed a good friendship with team owner Jerry Jones, who visited with her at times before games.

Ms. Price, who also attended Cowboys’ games when the team played at Texas Stadium in Irving, was a big fixture at training camp.

Standing in the VIP section, she would yell out the Cowboys’ players’ names before and after practice. In addition to other fans, players and coaches would take pictures with Ms. Price, praising her devotion to the Cowboys.
Funeral arrangements are pending.
