The Moody Center said tickets for Grande’s shows were “inadvertently” released early on Monday because of a technical error. Any tickets purchased during that time are being canceled and will be fully refunded.
Tickets for the shows are available exclusively through the Ticketmaster Request system by clicking here.
Grande is set to perform three nights at the Moody Center, June 24, 26 and 27, as part of her limited 10-city world tour.
Fans can request tickets until Thursday, Feb. 12, at 11 a.m. CT.
