SEGUIN , Texas – One person is dead and several others injured after a massive 18-wheeler wreck early Wednesday morning that closed State Highway 123 Bypass in both directions.
The wreck happened about 6:30 a.m. along North SH 123 at the Interstate 10 intersection.
An 18-wheeler drove off I-10 and crashed into at least one car, according to Stephanie Larrimore, spokesperson with Seguin Police.
The person was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other people were rushed to the hospital. No word on their conditions at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
