LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Rain chances, along with thunderstorms, will increase across the South Plains tomorrow. Some thunderstorms may be on the strong side. Heavy rain, hail, and strong wind gusts may accompany some storms.
A weather system now over California will gradually drift toward West Texas during the next 24 to 48 hours. It is likely to bring scattered rain showers and some thunderstorms to the KCBD/FOX34 viewing area tomorrow, mainly late tomorrow and tomorrow night. Some rain, however, may linger in the viewing area through Saturday.
