This year’s event will be held at Oak Point Park on Saturday, February 14, to benefit Shared Housing Center.

Over nearly four decades, Attorneys Serving the Community (ASC) has raised $6 million for Metroplex-area non-profits through the collective power of hundreds of women lawyers, students, and legal professionals. Each year, the volunteers at ASC choose a new charity to support, with 100% of funds raised through its annual calendar of events going to the cause. 

The 2025-2026 ASC beneficiary is Shared Housing Center, a Dallas-based non-profit dedicated to connecting those in need with housing options and supportive services. Following a successful Holiday Bazaar at Plano’s FlexEtc which raised over $21,000, ASC will return to our city for its next fundraiser this weekend. 

The Heart & Sole 5K and Fun Run will be held at Oak Point Park (2801 E. Spring Creek Parkway, Plano) on Saturday, February 14, starting at 8:30 a.m. This marks the 16th year for the popular event, which combines running and walking with family-friendly attractions and activities. In addition to complimentary refreshments, all Heart & Sole finishers will receive a commemorative item and t-shirt. Click here for more information and to register online.
