A new pediatric care destination expands access to specialty services for families across Collin and Denton counties
Families in North Texas now have expanded access to pediatric specialty care with the opening of a new Children’s Health Specialty Center in Fairview. Located just north of Fairview Town Center, the newly opened facility is designed to bring high-quality, comprehensive pediatric services closer to home for a rapidly growing community.
Expanding Pediatric Care In North Texas
The new specialty center marks another step in Children’s Health’s ongoing expansion across North Texas. The more than 28,000-square-foot facility offers a wide range of pediatric specialty services under one roof, reducing the need for families to travel long distances for care.
Services available at the Fairview location include audiology, pulmonology, neurology, gastroenterology, allergy and immunology, otolaryngology (ENT) and cardiology, with urology services expected to open later this year. The center also features exam rooms, two audiology booths and support spaces designed to create a comfortable experience for patients and families.
A Focus On Convenience And Community
Leaders with Children’s Health say the Fairview location was selected to meet growing demand in northern Collin County and surrounding areas. By placing specialty care closer to where families live, the health system aims to make pediatric care more accessible while maintaining the high standards patients expect.
The Fairview center also includes the fourth location of the Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, providing advanced musculoskeletal and sports medicine care for children and teens. Same-day access for acute injuries, along with concussion care and sports-certified physical therapists, helps young patients recover and return to activity safely.
