The Tomball Farmers Market is hosting a Valentine’s Day Market featuring Valentine’s Day gifts, fresh flowers and artisan goods.

Celebration of the Fire Horse at The Woodlands Children’s Museum

To kick off The Year of the Fire Horse, The Woodlands Children’s Museum is hosting a Lunar New Year event. The celebration will feature dance performances from Houston Lion Kings. Parades will take place at 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. Art projects will also be available for attendees to learn about Asian culture. The museum recommends purchasing tickets online ahead of the event.

Lunar New Year celebrations, hosted by Asia Society Texas and the Galleria, will include multiple performances held across four days. The Houston Shaolin Kung Fu Academy Lion Dancing will perform each day of the celebrations. Meanwhile, the Huaxing Arts Group and SalaRu Sri Lankan Cultural Academy will put on shows Feb. 15. Han Narea and the Filipino Young Professionals will debut Feb. 21. Finally, Feb. 22, Sanggar Tari Citra Indonesia and Dance of Asian America will close out the events with multiple performances. Feb. 14 events will be held at the mall’s Luxury Wing, while the other days will have festivities in the Nordstrom Wing.

Thriller Vintage Market

The Valentine’s Day weekend pop-up market at Sugar Land Town Square will feature vintage streetwear and sneakers, a photo booth, permanent jewelry and live DJ sets.

Mardi Gras Festival and Parade

This annual festival will include a gumbo cook-off, a parade, live music, shopping, food and drinks.
