LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – TxDOT crews will close the South Loop 289 flyover to northbound I-27 Thursday morning to continue concrete rail repairs that began earlier this week.
The closure will begin after morning rush hour and reopen before evening rush hour, following the same schedule used during previous repair work.
Drivers traveling through the area during daytime hours should expect various closures and redirections as crews work on the flyover.
