Enjoy trick shots, slam dunks, slick passing and more as this high-flying basketball spectacle hits North Texas. The storied franchise — whose roster over the years has included Meadowlark Lemon, Wilt Chamberlain and other hoops luminaries — will take on the usually hapless Washington Generals in a game that’s all about entertaining the fans. Celebrating their 100th year, the Globetrotters are offering a number of add-ons for fans, including the all-new Magic Pass, which lets purchasers go out on the court for a half-hour before the game to meet players, get autographs, shoot hoops and take photos. That experience begins 90 minutes before tipoff.

FREE This juried indoor art festival will feature painters, jewelers, woodworkers, potters, photographers and assorted other artists. Named for its location at the McKinney Cotton Mill, the event is set against the backdrop of the facility’s 116-year-old architecture. Food and drinks will be available, including snacks at the White Box Roastery and the Egg Stand Food Truck. The Retrofits Band will play live music on Feb. 15 from noon to 3 p.m.

Nothing says Valentine’s Day romance quite like taking your sweetheart to watch 12,000-pound monster trucks perform gravity-defying feats. Watch these 1,500-horsepower behemoths perform stunts like backflips, wheelies and doughnuts as they rev to the redline. Among the big-name trucks scheduled to compete are Grave Digger, El Toro Loco, Megalodon, Sparkle Smash and Classroom Crusher. The day starts off with a Pit Party from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m., where Pit Pass holders can see the trucks up close, meet drivers and crew members, get autographs, take photos and enjoy other family-friendly activities. Comedian Christopher Titus is perhaps best known for his TV sitcom Titus, which ran on Fox from 2000 to 2002. He has released 11 comedy specials, including Norman Rockwell Is Bleeding (2004), Amerigeddon (2018) and Doomed to Repeat (2025). He can currently be heard on Titus Podcast, where he weighs in weekly on news and current events. Titus will be joined at his 18-and-up shows in Dallas by fellow comedian Rachel Bradley, his wife since 2013 and his co-host on the podcast.

For more than four decades, the longest-running Black rodeo in the United States has celebrated African American cowboys and cowgirls and their role in building the American West. The rodeo kicks off its 2026 Texas Connection Series with “Saddle Up for Love and Legacy: A Cowboy Valentine,” the first of five Bill Pickett events this year in Cowtown. Enjoy classic rodeo events such as bareback riding, tie-down roping, barrel racing and steer wrestling, the event that made Pickett famous. The Black cowboy, rodeo performer and actor died in 1932 and was inducted into the ProRodeo Hall of Fame in 1989.

‘WWE FRIDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWN’
See some of pro wrestling’s biggest stars as WWE Friday Night SmackDown returns to Dallas for its first show of 2026. The event, which will be televised globally, is expected to include competitors including Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, Charlotte Flair, Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa. SmackDown, which debuted in 1999, is considered to be one of WWE’s two flagship programs, along with Monday Night Raw.

FREE Ring in the Year of the Horse at this family-friendly festival, sponsored by the city of Richardson, the CORE District and the Dallas Chinese Community Center. The event will feature dragon and lion dances, live music, martial arts demonstrations, calligraphy, cultural performances, art making, food and drinks, specialty booths and more. DOG DAYS AT THE FORT WORTH BOTANIC GARDEN
The Fort Worth Botanic Garden is going to the dogs for this monthly event, where your pup can sniff and lay claim to some scenic new territory. All dogs must be leashed, up to date on their vaccines and over 4 months old. And they should be well-behaved, because nobody wants to get growled at. Hydration stations for the dogs will be set up around the garden grounds.

Nobody knows how to make an entrance quite like Michael Richards, who stole many a scene as Cosmo Kramer in the iconic 1990s sitcom Seinfeld. Richards won three Primetime Emmy Awards for his role as Jerry Seinfeld’s eccentric neighbor, whose schemes included installing a garbage disposal in his shower to maximize efficiency and launching a New York City bus tour. Richards has appeared in several films, including Airheads, Problem Child, Coneheads and UHF. For his Dallas appearance, Richards isn’t exactly going back to his stand-up comedy roots. Instead, his “Entrances and Exits” event is billed as “an evening of conversations, questions and answers.” Those who spring for a VIP ticket can attend a private meet-and-greet and have their picture taken with Richards.

Los Angeles-based comedian Becky Robinson has become a viral sensation with her “Entitled Housewife” character, racking up more than 19 million likes on TikTok. The golf-obsessed character, known for her over-the-top suburban persona, was born during the COVID-19 pandemic and has appeared in a pair of comedy specials. Robinson also works as a voice actor on Nickelodeon’s animated series Middlemost Post, and she was a regular on MTV’s Wild ’n Out.
