Heart heroes in the Texas Children’s Heart Center received a super visit from some of their own heroes: Window washers dressed as superheroes — as spotlighted on KHOU11’s “Moment of Zen.”
Spider Man, The Hulk, Captain America, and Iron Man rappelled off the hospital’s roof to hang out with these little sidekicks.
These superheroes must not be afraid of heights – they dangled 23 entire floors above the renowned Texas Medical Center just to meet these special heart heroes.
Each patient dressed up in their very own capes and masks and spent time with each superhero, brightening the children’s day and creating lifelong memories.
These brave superheroes have been visiting Texas Children’s for the past 12 years. Texas Children’s is committed to bringing special experiences like this to our patients, especially those facing long hospital stays.
