Located right under Molly Reid Hall, Perrotti’s Pizza and Fruitealicious offer convenient and cheaper choices for students looking to enjoy off-campus food.
“TCU students get 10% off the entire menu, with the exception of any bundled specials,” said Austin Perrotti, a TCU alum and the CEO of Perrotti’s Pizza. “We also have bundle deals specifically for students.”
He said the discounts are meant to give back and to connect with the community.
“I’m a firm believer that without your community, you have nothing,” Perrotti said. “For me, it was important to reestablish that connection to it. I just love seeing people, meeting people and talking with individuals.”

Right next door, Fruitealicious offers a 10% student discount, and one street over, Tropical Smoothie’s West Berry Street location offers 50% off any smoothie to TCU students every Tuesday.
Beyond bites, students are also offered discounted services.
Onyx Nail Bar in University Park Village, Milk and Honey in The Shops at Clearfork and Cache Nail Lounge in Trinity Commons are among the many nail salons offering a discounted rate to TCU students.
According to Brian Nguyen, a nail tech at Onyx, about 50-60% of their customers are TCU students.

Billy Bob’s Texas hosts a college night every Thursday, offering free admission for college students with a valid student ID from 10:30 p.m. to midnight.
Rotating events such as the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo and the Fort Worth Botanic Garden’s “Christmas in the Garden” offer promotions and discounted rates to students as well.
“The 76109 zip code is integral to our business,” Perrotti said. “We can’t do this without you guys. So, we’re just really thankful for you.”
