AUSTIN, Texas — Austin police are asking for the public’s help identifying two people accused of stealing multiple bottles of tequila from a Twin Liquors in Central Austin over the weekend.
Detectives said the shoplifting happened Saturday, Feb. 7, at about 12:30 p.m. at Twin Liquors Hancock, located at 1000 E. 41st St.

Police said the two suspects concealed multiple bottles of tequila in their clothing and left the store without paying.
Police described Suspect No. 1 as a Black female in her early 20s, about 5-foot-4 and 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing a pink hoodie, black leggings, and pink-and-white Nike Jordans.
Suspect No. 2 is described as a Black male, about 5-foot-10 and 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black do-rag, gray joggers, a white T-shirt, and white sneakers.
Anyone with information can submit an anonymous tip through Capital Area Crime Stoppers at austincrimestoppers.org or by calling 512-472-8477. Police said a reward of up to $1,000 may be available for information that leads to an arrest.
