The Assistant Principal of Tuloso-Midway Primary School gifted her teachers in a surprising way on Valentine’s Day — cuddle time with baby goats!
CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Teachers at Tuloso-Midway Primary School got an early Valentine’s Day surprise Thursday with a visit from some very cuddly guests.
Staff members spent part of their day enjoying baby goat cuddle time on campus, giving them a chance to pet, play and snap photos with Chip the goat.
Assistant Principal Nidia De La Cerda said the visit was meant to offer staff a chance to unwind during the busy school year.
“We did it for our staff to have cuddle time with Chip the goat. Our teachers and staff work so hard and they need some decompression time,” De La Cerda said.
The visit brought plenty of smiles, and a few laughs, turning an ordinary school day into an early Valentine’s celebration for staff.
