Harris County Pct. 4 Commissioner Lesley Briones is scheduled to make an announcement at a press conference Thursday.
The announcement will happen at noon during the commissioners court meeting.
The announcement will reportedly center around plans for a new training facility for the Houston Texans.
KPRC 2 will be livestreaming the commissioner’s announcement.
