HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) — A suspect has been arrested after a man was shot and killed in the Tomball area overnight, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

Detectives said that the suspect, Emily Rose Seeman, 23, is charged with murder in the shooting death of 25-year-old Malcolm Wayne Lee. Seeman has been booked into the Harris County Jail.
HCSO said deputies arrived at the 24700 block of Hufsmith Khorville and found Lee, who was found unresponsive from apparent gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital, where he later died from his injuries, according to officials.
Detectives said that Seeman and Lee had been in a dating relationship prior to the shooting. According to investigators, Lee, accompanied by his new girlfriend, arrived at the location to visit a friend and Seeman was already there. A fight then broke out between the two before shots were fired, officials said.
