DALLAS — Multiple law enforcement agencies in North Texas on Friday coordinated the raids of a house in Plano as well as a number adult bookstores across Dallas-Fort Worth, all of which are allegedly owned by the same person, police sources told WFAA.

Dallas police said the coordinated activity happened Friday morning across the Metroplex alongside other police departments and federal law enforcement agencies. A DPD source told WFAA the activity was a prostitution sting related to the Paris Adult Book Store, which is located on Harry Hines Boulevard in Dallas.

Multiple agencies — including Plano PD, Dallas PD, IRS and DOJ officials — could be seen Friday at a Plano house on Coral Cove Court that is allegedly owned by the owner of same businesses raided by police.

Sources did not provide the name of the owner of the home and the business locations raided by law enforcement, just that the locations were connected by their shared owner.

Charges being pursued against the owner include prostitution, trafficking and money laundering, sources told WFAA.

The Friday bust was the culmination of an investigation that had been ongoing for at least a year, according to sources.
