Deepti Dhavaleshwar has relocated her Digestive Health Associates of Texas practice to a new Allen location, according to signage at the location.
The practice diagnoses and treats a range of issues from constipation and diarrhea to colon cancer and ulcerative colitis, its website states. Dhavaleshwar previously saw patients at 981 SH 121, Ste. 1140, Allen, where Yamini Madadla still sees patients.
“We’ve worked hard to make this transition seamless and look forward to welcoming you to our new office,” the signage states.
