Midline, a new 1,000-acre community located between Houston and Galveston, will have a welcome center and model homes ready this spring, according to the development’s website.
The overview
The community will feature a row of model homes from each company working on the project for prospective residents to view. Prospective residents will also be able to meet with a Midline guide to tour the property and ask questions, according to the website.
The five development companies listed on the website are Brookfield Residential, Highland Homes, Perry Homes and Toll Brothers.
Overall pricing is expected to start in the high $300,000s and range upward to over $800,000, as previously reported by Community Impact.
About the project
With 15 planned trails positioned across the property, residents will be able to walk, jog or bike to parks and other shared spaces. Additionally, the community’s website states no resident will be more than a quarter mile from a park.
