Code Ninjas in Georgetown underwent a change in ownership at the beginning of the year.

The educational franchise is now operated by Dhruve Mistry following Kevin MacWatters retirement. Mistry worked at the Round Rock location for six years before taking over the Georgetown business.
Code Ninjas teaches kids to code with a game-based curriculum, according to its website.

The franchise will also move to a new address, with a grand reopening celebration planned for the new location at 950 W. University Ave., Ste. 203, Georgetown, this spring, Mistry said.
