AUSTIN, Texas — Valentine’s Day weekend is all about love — and this year, some of the sweetest matches in Austin come with wagging tails.
Sierra Waggoner and Trevor Scott sat down with Sarah Wolf of Good Party ATX, who teamed up with TRAPRS to introduce two adorable, adoptable pups ready to steal hearts: Otis and Clove. The duo stopped by to spread puppy love and remind Austinites that sometimes the best Valentine has four paws.
“Meet sweet Otis and Clove. They’re both around three months old. They’re with a group called The TRAPRS, who love a lot of dogs that are found astray.” Wolf said, “Otis was actually found near an Austin coffee shop. Smaller than this, if you can imagine. He was more like Clove’s size running off. He was running in and out of traffic, and good Samaritans knew how to get him, and the Traprs crew stepped in. Sweet Clove was found covered with injuries, almost frozen on someone’s porch. People took her in, and TRAPRS got her fixed up. She had to have her tail amputated. And now she’s doing way better.”
