Here are 10 events to celebrate love in the Austin area, including markets, a palm reading workshop, a 5K and more.

Galentine’s Party

Gibson Street Bar will host its annual celebration with a permanent jewelry pop-up from Amanda Deer Jewelry, specialty cocktails and more.

Love in the Hands workshop

Sister Palm will host a palm reading event at Carpenter Hotel. Attendees can learn the fundamentals of traditional hand reading and take home an informational zine and themed beverage.

Galentine’s Day Party

A Galentine’s event will be held at Urban Creekside in Round Rock, with the proceeds going to STEM programs at the YMCA of Central Texas. Guests will have a chance to meet a baby Highland cow, enjoy appetizers and cocktails, shop with local vendors, and more.

Girls Night Out Galentine’s Day Market at The Fieldhouse

The Fieldhouse at The Crossover will host a girls night out with a live band, vendors, themed drinks, baked goods, glitter face paint, permanent jewelry and music from Jennifer Foster & The Audacity.

Sign Bar will host a Galentinte’s Day celebration featuring an artisan market, music from DJ Winona Grindr and featured cocktails.

Cupid’s Chase 5K and Kids Fun Run

Runners of any age and skill level can gather at San Gabriel Park on Valentine’s Day for the 31st annual race. Registration price for the 5K includes a timed bib, runner packet, finisher medal and shirt. Registration for the Kids 1K Fun Run includes a finisher medal, shirt and goodie bag.

The city of Pflugerville will host a Valentine’s Day event with ordained city leaders and staff ready to officiate marriages and vow renewals. Attendees can also participate in a three-legged race, signups for which will take place onsite before 11 a.m.

Valentine’s at Old Gregg

Old Gregg Brewing Co. will host a Valentine’s Day event with puppy adoptions, a market, food specials from Deft Pies and Yellow Bell Tacos, and featured drinks.
