SAN ANTONIO – A woman had died after a wreck on IH-10 early Saturday morning.
The crash occurred around 3:30 a.m. near IH-10 and Huebner Road.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, the woman and another person were involved in a wreck with multiple cars. The woman and the other person attempted to jump the median and ran into oncoming traffic when she was struck by a car.
The driver of the car that struck the woman stayed on scene. The woman was taken to the hospital, where she died from her injuries.
