At the Oct. 21 meeting the Plano ISD Board of Trustees approved the consent agenda by voice/raise‑hand vote.
Board Secretary Tara Lance moved to approve the consent agenda, and Trustee Catherine Goodwin seconded. President Lauren Tyra called for those in favor; seven trustees raised their hands and the chair announced the motion passed unanimously (7–0). The consent agenda groups routine items for approval without discussion.
The board proceeded to the remainder of the agenda following the vote.
