Runners hit the streets of the Texas capital on Sunday morning for the Austin Marathon and Half Marathon. 30,000 athletes took on the course that runs through Austin’s downtown.

Kellyn Taylor won the women’s marathon in 2:33:29, and Joey Whelan won the men’s marathon in 2:13:18. In the half marathon Mina Glenesk won in 1:19:50, while Griffin Neal captured the men’s half marathon victory in 1:06:04.
