A Plano man is accused of striking a Plano Police Department officer Saturday night.
Twenty-six-year-old Taki Spencer Jr. is charged with aggravated battery to a police officer.
Police said officers were called to Mugshots Bar shortly after 7 p.m. Saturday for a report of a disturbance. Spencer was escorted out by an officer before allegedly beginning to behave erratically. Police said he was told to stay back but is accused of striking the officer twice before being taken into custody.
Spencer was booked into the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville and was released Sunday with conditions.
