BCSO investigating stabbing incident involving minors in northeast-side neighborhood

Details are few as of now, but authorities said the situation involved minors.

SAN ANTONIO — Bexar County authorities say one young person is detained after an apparent stabbing incident at a neighborhood in the area of Walzem and Seguin roads. 

The victim was also identified in a preliminary report as a “juvenile,” but the names and ages of neither have been shared by the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office. 

Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 6200 block of Tadpole Bluff at 12:55 p.m., BCSO said. A KENS 5 crew on the scene observed BCSO units in the neighborhood, but the agency said no more information would be immediately provided because minors are involved.
