Crestline at Brushy Creek will include two collections of single-family homes with one and two-story floor plans available, according to the release. The new construction houses will have modern architectural design elements and customizable features.
Homes in the Cypress Collection are anticipated to cost around $1.2 million and homes in the Juniper Collection will start around $1.4 million.

An amenity center for the new housing development is expected to break ground later this month, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing. The project will include a neighborhood pool and pool house. Construction on the amenity center is anticipated to conclude in late November, according to the filing.
