Central Texas UIL boys basketball teams have one game left before the playoffs.
Several postseason spots and seeding determinations are on the line Tuesday on the final night of the regular season. UIL playoffs start next week and go through early March. TAPPS playoffs start Tuesday. Â

Westwood (District 25-6A), Hendrickson (District 23-5A), Glenn (District 25-5A) and LBJ (District 25-4A) have already clinched outright district titles. Â
Lake Travis secured at least a share of the District 26-6A title. Westlake can also take a share of the title with a win Tuesday. Anderson will claim the outright District 24-5A title with a victory over Crockett.
Here are the American-Statesman’s top 10 power rankings entering Feb. 17 with updates from Friday’s action:
1. Westwood
The Warriors (28-2, 15-0) clinched their first district title since 2001 with their 25th win in a row in defeating Vandegrift 51-38. Luke Carpenter and Sumner Holland both had 13 points and John McNailr tallied 10 points to lead Westwood, which can wrap up an undefeated run through the district with a win over Vista Ridge on Tuesday.Â
Earlier in the week, the Warriors topped Stony Point 79-54 behind 16 points from Carpenter and 15 from John Chuo.Â

2. St. Michael’s
The Warriors (27-7) ended their regular season by blasting Houston Second Baptist 80-56. Will Gasink poured in 22 points, Sun Jinkal finished with 17 points and Nolan Barkley added 11 points to lead the way. St. Michael’s faces Katy St. John XXIII in the first round of the playoffs Tuesday.Â
3. Westlake
The Chaps (26-6, 10-1) had a bye Friday but defeated Dripping Springs 63-41 on Tuesday as Mack Martin scored 22 points and Bo Ogden added 11. Westlake plays Akins on Tuesday for a shot at their 11th straight district title. The Chaps will play Vista Ridge in the first round of the Class 6A Division II playoffs sometime next week.Â

4. Lake Travis
The Cavs (25-8, 11-1) finished the regular season by topping Bowie 74-61 to clinch at least a share of the district title. Tate Tapken led Lake Travis with 18 points, while Alex Jacob (15), Will Slyker (13), Brendan Ponce (12) and Aaron Mathis all joined him in double figures. Kade Shaver had an all-around good game of six rebounds, five assists and three steals.
Earlier in the week, the Cavs defeated Austin High 53-48 as Slyker had 21 points and Jacob finished with 13 points.

For the fifth year in a row, Lake Travis will meet Round Rock to open the Class 6A playoffs. Both schools are in Division I.Â
5. Hendrickson
The Hawks (28-6, 12-0) set the school record for wins, completed a perfect sweep through District 23-5A and won their 20th in a row with an 84-39 win over Elgin. Â Ryan Longoria finished with 20 points, five steals and four assists and both Jason Goodloe and Legend Samuel tallied 10 points to lead Hendrickson. DJ Hardge had his usual solid all-around game with five points, six rebounds and seven assists.
Hardge set the school record for assists this season.Â

Tuesday, the Hawks beat East View 67-60 as Samuel scored 22 points, Longoria tallied 13 points and Hardge finished with 13 points, five rebounds and three assists.
6. Round Rock
The Dragons (23-7, 12-3 District 25-6A) beat Stony Point 50-40 and will be the district’s No. 2 seed in the Division I playoffs after Vista Ridge qualifying bumped Westwood up to Division I. Teyo Barnett tallied 12 points and six rebounds, Aaron Epstein finished with nine points and five rebounds and Max Lipinsky had nine points to lead Round Rock.Â
7. Vandegrift
The Vipers (26-7, 12-3) beat Hutto 47-30 on Tuesday thanks to Hayden Brannan’s 17 points and Vinny Marasco’s 10 points.Â

8. Glenn
The Grizzlies (25-9, 13-0) pushed their winning streak to 12 by defeating Rouse 77-73 in overtime. Orden Roberts exploded for 21 points, Malik Etiobhio hit five 3-pointers on his way to 17 points, Dallas Hernandez tallied 16 points, Hudson Roberts added 12 points and Justin Lee finished with eight points and eight rebounds.
On Tuesday, Glenn beat Leander 59-47 as Orden Roberts scored 16 points, Hernandez had 14 and Justin Lee recorded six points and 10 boards.
The Grizzlies will be the district’s top seed in Division I for the playoffs.Â

9. Cedar Park
The Timberwolves (22-8, 9-4 District 25-5A) clinched a playoff berth with a 44-39 win over Hays behind Jace Reed’s 15 points and 13 points from Nolan Embery.
Tuesday, Reed and Nabil Ismail each finished with 14 points to lead the Timberwolves in a 44-39 win against Liberty Hill.
Cedar Park is the district’s top seed in Division II for the playoffs and will face San Antonio Alamo Heights in the bidistrict round next week.Â

10. BowieÂ
Joshua Baskin crossed the 1,000-point mark for his career during the loss to Lake Travis. The Bulldogs (26-7, 7-4) have already clinched a playoff spot and finish the regular season Tuesday against Del Valle.Â
District 25-6A
Vista Ridge clinches playoff berth: The Rangers are in the playoffs for the first time since 2017 after taking wins over Manor and Hutto. Gavin Howard scored 23 points and Christian Cotten added 12 to pace the win over the Mustangs, while Howard had 18 and Cotten 15 in the victory against Hutto.

District 26-6A
Akins had a huge week to put itself into playoff contention. The Eagles beat Del Valle 67-53 as Jayden Davis (17 points), Braeden Terrell (15) and Darius Hedspeth (11) reached double figures, then beat Dripping Springs on Friday in overtime. Akins can qualify for the playoffs with a win over Westlake on Tuesday.
Del Valle 59, Austin High 53: The Cardinals are still alive for the playoffs with the win. Richard Hawkins led Del Valle with 17 points, seven boards and four steals, Keandre sharpe finished with 11 points and four assists and Robert Davis II tallied nine points and six assists.Â
District 23-5A
East View 62, Weiss 59: The Patriots secured a spot in the playoffs as Cameron Sanford recorded a double-double of 20 points and 10 rebounds, Cayden Hinderman-Close scored 14 points and Isaiah Villegas tallied 13 points. East View will play Anderson in the bidistrict round of the Division I playoffs.Â

District 24-5A
Anderson 56, LASA 33: Luke McReynolds scored 12 points, Austin Haywood had 11 points and five rebounds, Ben Burris tallied eight points, six steals and five rebounds and Noah Perkins finished with eight points as the Trojans clinched at least a share of the district title. Anderson (17-16, 10-1) will play East View in the bidistrict round of the Division I playoffs.Â
McCallum 83, Navarro 34: Ethan Plummer scored a career-high 33 points and Darby Roldan (12 points), Justis Conway (10) and Alex Hopper (10) all joined him in double figures. McCallum (15-13, 9-2) is already in the playoffs and closes out the regular season against LASA. Â
LASA 60, Crockett 48: The Raptors qualified for the playoffs with the win Tuesday behind Jonah Cihock’s 25 points, seven rebounds, four assists and two steals.Â

McCallum 69, Bastrop 54: Plummer’s 28 points and Roldan’s 10 points led the Knights to an impressive win over one of the district’s playoff teams.Â
District 25-5A
Rouse 63, Lockhart 55: Ayden Davis and Trey Nielson scored 11 points and DJ Gardner tallied 10 points as the Raiders (19-14, 8-5) face Liberty Hill on Tuesday in what is essentially a play-in game as the winner qualifies for the postseason.Â
Leander 46, Liberty Hill 43: Gage Faglie finished with 16 points and six rebounds and Soren Leavitt tallied 15 points and five boards as the Lions kept their playoff hopes alive with the win. Leander will reach the postseason if it defeats Hays on Tuesday.Â

District 25-4A
LBJ 75, Travis 50: Marquis Murry II and Christian Hawthorne both had 15 points, DJ Johnson tallied 12 points and Ira Young added 11 points as the Jags (21-12, 13-0) secured the outright district title.Â
Legacy Ranch in the playoffs in first year of varsity: The Wranglers beat Lago Vista 52-36 as Will Cunningham had 19 points and Rex Stroup added 10. Legacy Ranch will participate in the postseason in its first year of varsity competition. The Wranglers beat Northeast 63-55 on Tuesday as Stroup scored 13 points and Cunningham had nine.
