Another warm week is forecast for Dallas-Fort Worth, but more seasonable temperatures are expected this weekend.
Tuesday’s high will be 77 degrees, according to the National Weather Service’s Fort Worth office, and similar temperatures are expected Wednesday and Thursday.
So far, February has been significantly warmer than normal, with the average high almost 12 degrees above the standard.
However, a shift is headed to the D-FW area on Friday, with the high expected to fall 13 degrees. A cold front should bring temperatures down to the 60s for the weekend, moving the region much closer to the normal for mid-February: 62 degrees.
