AUSTIN, Texas — The Austin Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a robbery at a Walgreens on February 11, 2026.
The incident occurred at 120 W. Slaughter Lane, where the suspect reportedly attempted to fight a store clerk before fleeing with stolen property on a bicycle, according to a press release from the Austin Police Department. The suspect is described as a white male in his mid to late 20s with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, a black backpack, white/black/gray shoes, and riding a green-colored bicycle.
Anyone with information is urged to contact the APD’s Robbery Unit at 512-974-5092. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through the Capital Area Crime Stoppers Program by visiting austincrimestoppers.org or calling 512-472-8477. A reward of up to $1,000 may be available for information leading to an arrest.
