AUSTIN, Texas — Austin police are searching for a man who they say robbed a Walgreens in south Austin before leaving the scene on a bike.
APD says that the robbery happened at around 6:34 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11 at the Walgreens at 120 W. Slaughter Ln.
Police say that suspect entered the Walgreens, attempted to fight the store clerk, and left the business on a bicycle with stolen property.

The suspect is described as a white male in his mid to late 20s with a thin build. Police say he was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, a black backpack, white, black or gray shoes, and was seen riding a green-colored bicycle.
Those with information are asked to contact the APD Robbery Unit at 512-974-5092. Tips may also be submitted anonymously through Crime Stoppers online and at 512-472-8477.
APD is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for any information that leads to an arrest.
