If you ever crave some Tex-Mex while flying out of Dallas Love Field, you’re in luck.

Mi Cocina, which has several restaurants in North Texas, will occupy a roughly 6,000-square foot restaurant space at the airport’s main terminal, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The chain was co-founded by Ray Washburne, a local Dallas real-estate mogul, business developer and political fundraiser. His group also owns Katy Trail Ice House, a popular uptown watering hole.

The site is currently occupied by Cool River Cafe, a steak and seafood restaurant at the airport that also includes grab-and-go options, the filing said.
