A Fort Worth mansion hit the market as the priciest listing in town.

FORT WORTH, Texas — The most expensive home listing in Fort Worth is a 6,780-square-foot hilltop home with a 1,200-bottle wine room, a private theater and a indoor gym with a sauna.

And you’re only $12 million from securing a deal.

Well, it’s $11,995,00, to be exact.

The mansion at 3736 Aviemore Drive hit the market earlier this year and is currently the priciest listing in Cowtown, as FTW Today noted last week. It sits in the Edwards Ranch Riverhills neighborhood of Arborlawn Drive, near Chisholm Trail Parkway in southwest Fort Worth.

The DouglasElliman listing bills the four-bedroom, six-and-half-bathroom property as “a striking expression of modern architecture defined by precision, innovation, and refined living.” It was built in 2024 and includes an array of fireplaces, both indoor and outdoor, an infinity pool, an elevator, and heated floors.
